This right here is my 1000th SDMB post. :smiley:

It appears to have taken me 13 months. So an average of about 2.5 posts/day. I can live with that; below obsessive level, still maintain an active real world social life, but checking in fairly consistantly. Is this about average for a Doper?

So thanks, folks, for an enlightening ride thus far. If I’ve read 10x the threads I’ve commented upon, which is probably accurate, I figure I’ve read about 2,500 threads in the past year+, which makes me an even more tremendous fact-filled bore at parties than I was already.

A more Midwestern one will have to do. (The accent. Who knows where the keys were forged. Probably in the secret dungeons of Cecil’s Torture Chamber.)
