Yeah, but it was a small “fluffy white” dog, right? God made them a tossable size for a reason!
Any info on how to contribute to the man’s legal defense fund?
Gypsy: Tom, I don’t get you.
Tom Servo: Nobody does. I’m the wind, baby.
A child gets snatched, and a tearful mother pleads for his return.
A little girl gets molested, tortured, and murdered.
A man gets run over by a hit-and-run driver.
A woman gets robbed and raped on her way home from work.
How often do you see a reward for over $100,000 for the apprehension of the criminal in these cases? Only on the rarest of occassions.
But a dog. A pet. That gets the money flowing in from all over the country.
It’s amazing the number of people who get worked up over an animal, and read reports such as my list above with nary a twitch of the soul. I don’t know whether to scream or cry.
Inciteful! I happen to feel the same for those people as well as the dog. Unfortunately I haven’t the money to donate to the reward fund as I am too busy saving it to pay my TAXES.
I really try to be good but it just isn’t in my nature!
Good for him.
I want to follow in his footsteps and lead a crusade to rid the world of annoying yappy dogs, and the people who are retarded enough to f*** around with their dogs while they’re driving, which causes them to WRECK INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF THEM.
What if, instead of hitting another car, she had run over a child? Or even worse, run over THAT CHILD’S DOG???
<rant mode off>
And if it had been my dog, he would have kept the guy’s arm.
Never own a dog that can be thrown.
Oh, what’s that? So now you say life sucks?
Well 99% of it’s what you make of it…
So if your life sucks, YOU suck!

In the future well probably learn something about the owner, like maybe they did it themselves? Boy, I hope not.
$110,000? That sucks, even the kidnapped local woman, CW, didn’t get anywhere near that.
From what I heard, she didn’t wreck the car in front of her, she “tapped” it. If she had done considerable damage, that would have made the car (an SUV with no identifing plates on the back [like Ford or Toyota] with Virginia plates in California) even more identifiable. (ie: it has a large dent on the left-back bumper)
Secondly, a disregard for animal life like this in a person often tells of a possible sociopathic disorder. If he can kill an innocent animal without remorse or disregard, the next logical step is a human.
Is it right that somewhere there are people who want to support the reward in this case but not the other human abuse cases you mentioned? No. Not at all. If I had the money I’d donate $1000 to every unsolved rape in this country, along with a couple bucks toward this guy. But this is not a victimless crime, and this guy needs to be caught before he pulls a gun on the next guy that cuts him off in traffic.
DON PEDRO: Your silence most offends me, and to be merry best becomes you; for, out of question, you were born in a merry hour.
BEATRICE: No, sure, my lord, my mother cried; but then there was a star danced, and under that was I born. -Much Ado About Nothing, Act II, Sc: i
