1st dose sticker leaves no room for 2nd dose information on vaccine card

I got the first of two doses (Moderna) and got a vaccine card. But they didn’t write on it. They put a big preprinted sticker on it. The sticker covers about 80% of the vertical space and 60% of the horizontal space on the card, leaving very little room for noting a second (or possible additional) dose. There’s certainly no room for a second sticker.

What’s the plan here? Are they going to give me an entirely new card with the second dose?

Put a sticker on top of the first one that shows second vaccine received?

My card show the FEMA logo, but that may be because it was issued at a mass vaccination site manned by the National Guard at Ford Field in Detroit. My second one is due April 23rd.

I received a card for each vaccination.

I was given a card for each vaccination. Thought it was silly-I brought my first card with me. I just stapled the two together. And have a photo of each card on my phone.

Did the second card indicate it was for the second vaccination?

I have the CDC card. Everything is hand-written.

On mine, the demographic data (name, birthdate, MRN, etc) are from a patient ID label they applied to the upper part of the card while the vaccine info is handwitten.

I got the standard CDC card pictured above. The vaccine sticker is slightly larger than the “1st dose” box, but I think they’ll just put another sticker below it for the 2nd dose. I’ll probably never need the “Other” boxes, anyway.

Ours have space on the flip side of the card for the second vaccination. And at the time they gave the first jab, they hand-wrote the date of the appointment of the second vaccination back there.

Yes, there are separate, labeled lines on mine. The entries are also dated.

ETA: I sent the vax info (including lot numbers) to my PCP’s office; presumably when I travel next and ask for my vax info on letterhead, it will be included.
