Picasa picture link question.
Sometimes Picasa gives me this kind of link:

And sometimes cleaned up like this:

Both go to the same picture in the album but you can see that the ( %2525208.19.15%) is not there. ???
Some uploads I make have those and then a different time the links won’t have the extra stuff.
What gives???

Are you copy/pasting them from different places, maybe? That last part is probably just for humans and/or automated tracking, and doesn’t really matter. You can put anything you want after the s800-Ic42/

The picture is identified by the stuff before that last bit. Maybe whichever page or app is generating that last bit has a bug or some secret tracking feature.
