Well despite a lot of walking early last week, this past week was very bad. I actually climbed back to 203 this morning. Too much rich food and no healthy snacks laid in.
Next week I will have to get back on my diet big time.

I have known from the beginning of my weight loss adventure that I would indulge in whatever I wanted when the Fair comes to town.

I have said several times that I still think life is for living and you need to enjoy yourself sometimes. I don’t think it is bad to indulge once in a while. Glad you got right back on track!
WHAT??? No deep-fried Snickers bars?! You’re a piker at fair over-endulgence, I tell ya!
Let’s see…:: pulls out calculator…fingers fly on the keypad ::
Bad news. You’ll have to walk non-stop for the next three weeks to earn enough activity points to offset the damage.
Good for you for getting back on track, newcrasher!

I am already planning my return to the fair next year. Must check out the spaghetti on a stick. And I gotta believe those guys know how to BBQ some ribs. Didn’t see fried snickers, but did resist the fried oreos. Also, I missed the roasted corn on the cobb.
I live about 10 minutes from the fairgrounds…I could go back later this week…NAAAAHHH! ![]()
OK guys. Good month! Let’s keep it going next month! And speaking of next month, here is the October thread.
