My parcel is in the hands of the USPS. I forgot to ask how long it would take, so I guess recipient and I will both be surprised.
I went by the post office today. They said it had a pretty good shot at getting there by Christmas.
My package went out Friday. I forgot to send a note with it to let my person know it was from me. :o So a package with no note is from me.
Yay! My gift went out today!
I ordered something online and it’s on its way to me: estimated delivery date yesterday. :rolleyes: Hopefully it will go out this week. (Hm, maybe I shoulda had it shipped straight to my person … didn’t even think of that.)
Finished making present, wrapped in a cheesy attempt to look like a christmas cracker [which it mostly does] and roomie is running it to the post office as soon as she digs her car out of the snow.
According to USPS delivery confirmation my gift arrived at the giftee’s house yesterday!
I’ll be sending an item of clothing out today. Hope it fits, I bought it from a local chocolate shop!

My gift went out in the mail during my lunch break today. Now if only I can remember to pack up gifts for my family. :smack:
So, are we getting a present from the person we sent one to? Or is it random? i.e. I sent one to Person A and Person C sends me one?
It is the latter. That way, Santa doesn’t have to sweat it if there is not an even number of participants.
My gift goes out today - it’s all wrapped and packed - I just have to go stand in line at the post office, which I will do at lunch. And I just realized that I didn’t post any hints but I pretty much like anything. I should change my name to Easy Chick.

Mailed mine Priority Mail today – should get there in 2-3 days. (Put “SDMB” above my return address, since my Santee might wonder who that random person in Philly is.)
I got coffee and a great tote bag from Maus Magill. If I think about it later, I’ll post pix.
Got my gift today! Thank you so much Zjestika!! Hehe it did get delivered two days ago, but the apartment number was wrong so it’s been sitting outside the vacant upstairs apartment since then, and curiosity finally got the best of me!

I had no idea of the meaning, it had to be explained to me! I just thought it was so cute and I excitedly posted a picture and explanation on facebook, and my SIL was like, “You do know there’s a meaning behind that, right?” Hopefully we’ll get some good luck our way!

I got a sweet LED flashlight from purplehorseshoe, for keeping me safe and visible while running. It’s so teeny! Thank you so much, I really like it! 
I’m leaving tomorrow to spend the holidays with my dad. So if my gift doesn’t arrive today, I won’t be getting until January. Just wanted to let my gifter know that I’m not an ingrate for not acknowledging it!
