2011 NFL Draft

Wow…no more Reggie Bush huh?

Ooops, not the Bears trading up. Hmm.

I wonder if the Bears heard about the Saints plans to come up for Ingram and hung up the phone on the Ravens finally feeling safe that they wouldn’t get scooped.

There was a whole lot of strange there. Good picks, though.

And now the Bears will kill my hopes for Carmini…

Why’d they agree to a contract with Thomas only to draft this guy? Bush has to be gone now but the Saints offense is going to look completely different next year.

Bears on the clock. Hoping for Carimi. Hope it’s not Sherrod. Might be Austin but that’d be a reach.

ETA: I almost always assume a kid is a dumb ass when he tucks his ears inside his cap. No rocket scientist this one.

Dalton! lol

All I wanted out of this draft was for Carimi to fall to the Bears. I’m a happy Badgers/Bears fan. Think he’s going to be a very solid tackle for a long time.

YES!!!

I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t pissed about a Bears first round pick!

Damn damn damn

I so wanted the Bears to eff this one up.

Put Carimi in at a RT and have an open competition between Webb, Omiyale and Williams at LT. Maybe draft a RG who can run block in round 3 or 4. That could work. Forte could have a really nice season.

Is this a good one for us? I don’t know much about this guy.

Now it’s all but a guarantee that the Packers trade out

Wilkerson is a nice pick.

Aaron Williams to the Steelers?

Ah, I remember being excited about Joey Harrington and Mike Williams.

The first round of the NFL Draft: where dreams go to die on prime time.

And now we complete the First Round Cameron trifecta.

He’s great for you guys.

As a Wisconsin fan he was always very reliable, always played, always played hard, and was an all star for us.

A lot of people thought he was the best OT in the draft, he’s a classic RT and has the versatility to play inside at OG. Can run and pass block. I think we got a steal.

Best available OT…good pick…I like him.

Hehehe. Sherrod is going to be a revolving door. I really hope to see him trying to handle Peppers this year. Bulaga and Sherrod, the Omiyale and Webb of the future!!!

ETA: I’m just glad they didn’t draft Leshoure, that could have been scary.

Didn’t know who the hell else they were going to draft so you might as well stack the O-line guys up the wazoo.
