Well this is about as exciting as…oh, say, Lions vs. Jaguars? In other words, nothing consistent, nothing exciting, just an C- football game so far.
Even the commercials aren’t up to past memory (I’ll admit the Ant-man-Hulk and the Prius bank robbery bits were good, but the rest…bleah).
Maybe better in the second half.
Have to give it to Denver, their defensive game plan has been impressive. The Panthers have had more penalties than they usually do, but seem way disoriented.

Super Bowl activity on the board this year is much slower than it’s been in the past. I can’t begin to guess why.
I disagree. Both defenses are playing lights out. I realize that is not why many people watch football, and I don’t know that I’d care for it every day, but it really is a treat.
I’m hoping because it’s an exciting defensive slugfest.
Dropped passes, off target throws equals sloppy offensive play. Mannings interception was not the result of great defensive play. Even Cam is overthrowing receivers.
I’d certainly rather watch a defensive slugfest, even an ugly one, than a blowout. I’m enjoying this game.

I am too, and it doesn’t hurt that the Broncos are up by 9. Got my 15 year old Broncos hat on.
These red-zone failures worry me. We’ve seen what Carolina is capable of, even if so far only on one drive. If the Broncos lose, it will be because they didn’t put it away when they had the chance.
Oh, no argument there. The Broncos D really needs to come up big again. Another fumble return, a pick six, something like that.
Damn hehe , that may have been the ugliest Int return in football history. Stumble, fall down, get up,stumble, get knocked behind the original starting point, fumble.
I’ll take that turnover. Even if it comes the way it did. Only lost about six yards.

I really don’t see how anyone can watch this game and not view it as anything but a marvelous defensive game.

I’d agree with you if more of the offensive miscues were caused by the defense.
It is fun though watching what is an awesome Denver defense.
