Mr. brown is a conscientious car-maintainer. Here’s his copied and pasted craigslist description:
White CR-V EX awd extra clean. Always garaged at work and at home. 110,000 miles, always serviced by dealer. Full receipts, pink slip, clean title, no issues. Registration until March 2026. New battery. Just serviced at dealer (oil change, coolant flush and replacement). Carfax report included.
Looks almost new, runs great. No dents, couple of small paint chips on hood.
Never mind - it’s sold.
Unless “Mr. Brown” is a master BSer, somebody got a good deal. My HR-V has only 55,000 on it, but I take care of it and it takes care of me. It’s a great machine.
We loved it. We drove the hell out of it, up and down the west coast between San Jose and Portland, and all over California. Mr. brown took good care of it, and it never gave us a hint of trouble.
We loved it so much that its replacement is also a CR-V, a 2026. We only replaced the original one because we looked ahead and didn’t want to be replacing it five to ten years from now, when we might be decrepit. Also, the tariff thing is looming, so that helped us to decide to buy a new one.
We love our Hondas.
