Ok… I’ll reevaluate my vote thanks to the people that talked to me politely.
I don’t know why I was warned 2 times, but not ThelmaLou.
I see this convention pandering to minorities a lot, but not to working class whites. Pandering is important. Everyone needs to be pandered to, to a certain degree, but they are really, really leaning hard into the minority angle. I understand that minorities are very important to this election and need to be mobilized, however I also feel that voter suppression and COVID are going to unfortunately negate a lot of this mobilization. The working class white voters in Midwestern swing states REALLY need to feel like the Democratic party is not just “the party for minorities” and that Biden is going to help them. And this convention needs to make up for the “campaign trail” rallies in those swing states that will NOT be occuring from Biden/Harris due to COVID. Meanwhile Trump will be campaigning his big ass off in those states, to huge crowds. I’m worried.

Right, but that’s just the DNC. I think they mostly suck too.
If you’re looking to be convinced, consider this (in addition to the advocacy of Sanders, AOC, and other progressives who urge you to vote for Biden, which you should definitely look at if you haven’t yet):
Do you want a public option for health care? The larger Biden’s popular mandate is, the more likely this is, and the better it will be.
Do you want a higher minimum wage? The larger Biden’s popular mandate is, the more likely this is, and the higher it will be.
Do you want better environmental policies? The larger Biden’s popular mandate is, the more likely this is, and the better they will be.
Do you want a DOJ that actually holds police departments accountable? The larger Biden’s popular mandate is, the more likely this is, and the better it will be.
I could go on, but I think you get the point. I urge you to consider it, and consider closely what Bernie and AOC have had to say about voting for Biden.

Good speech by Hillary. The pivot to what we are voting FOR was excellent. “Take it from me” was pretty funny as well.

Great speech from Big O, but I couldn’t help bumping on one part, and imagining this as a meme:

Barack poured a lot of emotion into that speech. Very powerful; very hopeful.
Kamala Harris doing a good job so far. Introducing yourself is a major part of the VP speech and she did fantastic on that part.
“I know a predator when I see one.” Long pause, staring at the camera. Everything but the wink-wink!
Kamala introduced herself well. I liked her emphasis on family.
And Jennifer Hudson was beautiful as always.
