I read a few of his novel back in the day. I remember one called The Gold Coast that I enjoyed. Something about a young upstanding lawyer and the mob boss who moves into the house beside him on the rich Gold Coast of Long Island. The mob boss ends up with his wife in the end … I liked that off ending.

I recently heard Joe Walsh say “it was a lot more fun being in my 20s in the '70s than being in my 70s in the '20s.” Hopefully that is not bad luck to say that.

Well, no then, I was born 12/31/54
A sad death:
So young! And avoidable.
I doubt anyone had him, plus the age given is weird. Says he was 74 yet born in 1948.
Jesus - exactly how fast did he drive?
Well played sir
He was going 76 but they gave him a break and put down 74.
EXTERMINATED!
If the header hadn’t said Bing Crosby (d. 1977), I’d have figured she was the widow of David Crosby (d.2023).
Mercury Morris, a running back on the 1972 Miami Dolphins perfect team (which went undefeated), has gained his last yard.
Presumably, he has a couple more to go.
On October 1, one week away. eighteen players will lose their chance to get one point for Jimmy Carter.
