Peabo Bryson has suffered a stroke,. There’s no immediate word on his condition but, “At this time, the family requests privacy as they navigate this deeply personal moment together. The thoughts, prayers and love of friends and fans are welcomed and deeply appreciated.”

Not exactly as reassuring as saying it was a minor stroke and he’s expected to make a full recovery.

You have to be thorough. Obviously, he was double checking.

Medal of Honor recipient Bruce Crandall has died at 93. He was portrayed by Greg Kineer in the movie We Were Soldiers. I’ve only seen the announcement on instagram by the Medal of Honor Society so I didn’t link it.

Seeing reports that Peabo Bryson has passed away.

As of an hour ago, reports are that he’s still alive. It’s certainly possible that’s changed since them, however.

Hope my source is wrong.

Rick Adelman, a Basketball Hall of Fame inductee who played for seven NBA seasons before becoming one of the game’s all-time winningest coaches, has died, the National Basketball Coaches Association said Monday.

Adelman, the father of Denver Nuggets coach David Adelman, was 79.

Actor Owain Rhys Davies, who appeared in Twin Peaks and The OA, has died at 44.

Peabo Bryson has died. Confirmed this time.

What I just found out is that Satrapi also directed that weird Ryan Reynolds film The Voices. That was unexpected.
