Maybe I missed something, but what happened to the Russian President who come for the signing? Is he still around? Did they send him down to the presidential cafeteria for some waffles while Jack is doing eye surgery?

My thought is that if he is still around, then if they used the nerve gas at the presidential retreat, you get double score - your Russian overlords and American enemies.
