3 Q's for Brady Bunch Fans

[SIZE=2]I started to [SIZE=2]say d’oh, but… maybe not. The lyrics only say she was the youngest *girl:

My impression, from reading at least two books including Barry Vashisname’s, is that Cindy was indeed the younger of the two.

Excellent point. Thank you for a more detailed reading.

So because people do not like Jinx, no one is willing to answer whether their ages were established in series or not? Only Buscar con Google?

Very well. In “A Room at the Top” when Greg gets the attic room, Cindy complains, in the tag, that since she’s the youngest, she won’t get it until last (see “Growing Up Brady” page 259)

Thanks dude! It is good to see that there is a basis for the factoid and it is not just something that was written on some backstory datasheet that they provided to the fans.

Those are not necessarily exclusive of each other. Lots of people with AIDS die of cancer. But the wikipedia link says his HIV had not developed into AIDS yet.

The kid who played Cindy in the comedy Brady Bunch movies will be 30 this year.

I feel very old.

This is a rhetorical question … right? :dubious:

S _ _ _ _ _ _ _ S _ _ _ _ _ _ _ and G _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ’ _ I _ _ _ _ _ .

Really.

I’m pretty sure these are easily searchable.

And, I’ll vote once more for Mary Ann.

I knew a family when I was growing up that had the previous version that you occasionally see in movies of the late 60s/early 70s, and can remember at least 2 trips with a bunch of us kids loaded into it for a trip from Perry NY to Letchworth State Park, where they had a lovely pair of pools [one swimming and one diving] In hitting google images, I think it was the Ford Country Sedan but am not 100% certain, though it does show the funky seats in the back. We had a cooler and picnic basket in the footspace in the back, and loads of towels and sun tan lotion and assorted crap piled in wherever it would fit. Really fun for the kids, probably not for the mom =)

Why did they have money for a live in maid but not a bigger house?

Gilligan’s Island

He seemed to be on a roll naming convention-wise.

Maybe it was a choice between one or the other. What would you choose?

I would pick a bigger house and a part time maid.

related topic : I wonder how busy the Jefferson’s maid was in that small apartment? It seems like she spent 90% of her time cracking jokes and arguing with George.

Alice was like a surrogate mom to the boys, and I already mentioned how, from one episode, it was established for the entire run that the kids were too bonded to the house to leave it. Remember when they offended Alice until she left, then the kid’s had to get her back? Nowadays, sitcoms “lampshade” (according to TVTropes) this inexorable return to the status quo before the end of each episode. Back then, just mentioning it once was adequate.

There was a whole episode about it. They got a boring housekeeper to replace Alice. Alice took a job as a waitress and the kids went to eat at the diner where she worked.

At the end of A room a the top (episode 95, end of season 4):

I recall at the very end Cindy complaining that she will be the last to get the attic room after everyone else leaves. That would make her the youngest.

Also, it makes little sense, as by that point she would ALREADY have her own room. As would Bobby by his turn, though he’d still be sharing the toiletless bathroom with Cindy if he stayed there, so that might make the attic still desirable if it had its own john (and I think it did).

Not true. When Jan goes to college, Cindy would indeed have her own room at which point Bobby would get the attic leaving Cousin Oliver alone in the boy’s room.

Unless one of the older kids moves back in, why would she need the attic room? She’d have the large girls’ room to herself.
