Goodness. Well, I guess we all know who’s getting the garlic powder!
(Disclosure: I constructed the dress out of a found afghan; I did not make all those granny hexes.)

Yeah, and I didn’t even mention the cloves or the nutmeg or the caraway, and I still have room to include an “etc.”
I’ve exchanged emails. Kim the custserv drone’s first response to my in-cheek request for Macadamia nuts was, “you can order through our website.”
I mean, !!!
I felt like responding, “Well, you can go to my website, kissmyentireass.com.”
But I didn’t. I told her that I’d put the boxes outside tomorrow for the boy in brown to pick up, and that rather than appropriate a bag of cinnamon sticks as my “finder’s fee,” I’ll just look forward to my Macadamia package. I added a smiley. Who knows? Might work; maybe I saved her job. I coulda craigslisted the stuff just as easily.
My yarn came yesterday too! But by USPS.
Yeah, my first thought was that this dress started out as an afghan, but was put together wrong. It’s a great looking dress, though. I love it.
Thanks. I made a pink faux-fur stole with it, and my friend Lisa calls it her “Oscar dress.” She wore it to a formal event and was the belle of the bawl.
Can you sneak out a few things and mail them to London please? Cinnamon, cloves, cayenne pepper if there’s any, maybe some ghee if they put it in. Whatever you can reach quickly I guess.
They taught lissener how to knit when cryogenically frozen in suspended animation
Is there any cumin and coriander seed in there? I’m almost out :(.
You know, I’m no medical expert, but she might want to get that thing on her face checked out.
Or become some sort of Dick Tracy villian.
Well, it was a guess. Good luck on the Macadamia nuts, bring some to trivia?
Somewhere…
someone is eating a lot of bland buffalo wings.
I still think the entire incident is bizarre. If the knitting supplies arrived via USPS, why did “OOPS” deliver anything. I would be concerned still about weirdness with credit cards. Later on I mean.
I think I once ordered bulk sprouting seeds from this company; over a year ago. So they had my info on file. How someone included my address on a commercial order, no similarities in the name, in a different state–practically the opposite coast!–I will never understand.
