I can only find 2 right now but there could be more: Genesis and Black Sabbath
I should add that I mean groups that were well known in the 60s.

Do we get to count Simon & Garfunkel?
yes I would count S&G
Herman’s Hermits.
OK, this one might be skirting the line. Jack and Jorma, Hot Tuna, are still playing together today. And yeah, they go way back- they’ve been playing together since the 50’s. Ahh, just not as Hot Tuna all that time. In the 60’s when they were playing together they were part of Jefferson Airplane. I have tickets to see them as Acoustic Hot Tuna this august.
Weren’t Paul Kantner and Joey Covington in the first lineup of Hot Tuna, as such?
Chad and Jeremy?
If Simon & Garfunkel count then so do Crosby, Stills, Nash and sometimes Young.
Strawberry Alarm Clock (as far as I know)
All of the original members of The Amboy Dukes may be still alive. I didn’t find any status of the original members.
**
Tommy James** is still alive. What about the original gang of Shondells?
The singer ? is still alive. How about the rest of The Mysterians?
The Rolling Stones
With the exception of the drummer, I believe The Thamesmen are still around.
lol actually Mr. Begley Jr. is still around.
Last time I checked, Brian Jones was still dead.
Brian Jones died in 1969
Lots of groups have only lost one member. It’s the “everybody still kicking” group that’s the bitch.
The Kinks might count, since John Dalton joined them in 1969.
The Rutles
The Mosquitoes
Nitpick: Black Sabbath released their first album in 1970.
Are we counting only original members, or everyone who’s been in the band? Because John Mayhew, the drummer on Genesis’ Trespass, died in 2009. (Their first drummer, Chris Stewart, is still living.)
Golden Earring (formed in 1961): Not only are all the original members still alive, their current lineup has remained unchanged since 1970.
whoops.
