60s groups where all original members are still alive?

ZZ Top formed in '69. I’m gonna count them.

All the original members of CSN&Y are alive, yes, but not all of their original livers.

(Yeah, and that Dallas Taylor thing.)

As are the founding members of Mr. N’s previous band, the Hollies.

I was wondering about the Kingsmen of “Louie, Louie” fame. I did a bit of research on Wikipedia (also their web page) and I believe they are all still alive.

Does the OP really mean groups that were well known in the 60s?

Or groups formed in the 60s that became well known at some point.
mmm

Jack Ely, co-founder and “Louie Louie” perpetuator (if not immortalizer), died 14 months ago. Long live orthodontia.

And how many people would believe they are still around, touring and putting out new music? Though they tend to only tour in Holland, which sucks if one wants to see them, though I have made the trip twice.

46 years with the same lineup must be a record in rock and roll or at least close to a record. I know some 50s groups are around now but many of them have changed members more than once.

Grand Funk Railroad’s first album came out in 1969. Mark, Don & Mel are still alive.

Vanilla Fudge: Mark Stein, Vince Martell, Tim Bogart & Carmine Appice are still alive.

Hey, don’t you people read all the other posts? 'Cause if you did, you would have found this group:

The Scaffold.
Never heard of them? Neither had I until I read this

GuanoLad’s comment.
They are all still very much alive.

Except Wiki says:

They’ve had the same lineup as well since 1970 or so.

Beau Brummels

I believe all of the Chambers Brothers are still alive, however the drummer who was not an original member is deceased.
