I have tried a couple times and failed after several edges but I am going to keep trying until I get it.

I had one edge in the morning and then one after school. I had a violin lesson so I had to miss one edge. My next edge is in 65 minutes.

On getDare, if you fail, you’re supposed to ask for punishments (which I am not going to list - go to the site yourself). But that’s only for dares. This is just training. They say, until you can follow this regimen for three consecutive weeks, you’re not ready for the actual tease and denial tasks that they do and assign (Which can last up to a few months if you are really serious).

Think of it as your first day in boot camp (or week rather).

For the next 7 days you are not to cum (or orgasm).

For the first 5 days, you will edge every other hour except for at work/school and sleep. You will also edge right before sleeping and right after waking up.

You are also to do 3 minutes of any other sexual stimulation of your choice (for example, nipple play) every hour (same restrictions apply).

Each missed edging session is 10 rubber band snaps on each of your nipples and each missed nipple play session is 3 snaps on each nipple.

After 5 days, you will enter a 2-day abstinence period in which you are not to touch yourself sexually in anyway.
