7th Heaven - final episode

At the end of the last episode of 7th Heaven, a girl called Simon over and said “we have to talk”. Is it implied that Simon got her pregnant? (I haven’t watched this show in a long time because all the characters went crazy, LOL).

Sorry I missed this post last week…

OK, that’s Haylie Duff, Hillary’s sister- in the character of Sandy.

Basically, last season, Simon was on a sleeping-around binge as he was off in college & dealing with the guilt of the car crash. She was one of his lays & vice versa (she also was binging). They broke up, he introduced her to Martin, who slept with her & got her preggers & then wanted nothing to do with her… especially since Ruthie was now old enough to show interest in him & vice versa.
(Martin eventually came around for the sake of the baby, but his & Sandy’s future relationship remained unsure.)

Simon then falls for Rose, promises God to not sleep around, & they get engaged, to the dismay of all around them. Sandy & Simon become best friends & confidants, while she also becomes a Camden-family rescue project (and the one
definite convert to C’nity in the decade of the show). At one point during her
pregnancy, she admits to Simon that she wishes they’d stayed together & he admitted that he wished she’d told him sooner.

FF to the end of the series finale’- Simon & Rose both realize before the ceremony that they aren’t ready to marry each other, to the delight of friends & family. And finally, up comes Sandy. THE END.

Btw, I did love the sappy-happy triple-twin ending, and that Jessica Biel actually showed up. I do miss Ashlee Simpson tho (she was adorable in that show- not too much since).

…word going around is that 7th Heaven might not be done afterall. CW (the new UPN/WB network) wants it.

Yeah, I just now found that out also… Yay!
