There’s no set rule on this. I usually include a locally made margarita mix, a pint of good tequila, the shot glass (of course), and some other little local stuff. Like last year, I included some locally made cajun spice.
Refrigerator magnets, postcards, etc. are nifty, just whatever you wanna do!

I’ve received just a glass in a box before. Had I not been the one organizing, I wouldn’t have even known who sent it to me!
But I still have that glass, right up there with the rest of em.

I wanted to send, along with the glass and other items, some of my chocolate chip cookies. But given how hot it is here now, I don’t think mailing chocolate would be a good idea.

I got my stuff all packaged up and ready to take to the post office and then discovered the battery on my wall clock had failed and it was too late to mail.
So the box is in the trunk of my car and will go to MS tomorrow.

I got one from Maine today. A really pretty Maine shot glass, a packet of blueberry tea, and a bottle of real maple syrup! Yum yum. I want to make pancakes right now, but will wait till the weekend.

Hi Atomic Mama! A tornado, was it? One pictorial I never send, being from Kansas, is Oz. If you only knew how tired I got, while living out of state, of people making Dorothy jokes.
So I go with tornados, or sunflowers, or even wheat or the state seal, but never Oz.
