I checked the mail yesterday and there it was! A nice Stanley Cup glass and a couple of great Chicago post cards. The kicker was the jar of giardiniera!

Try dropping a spoonful or two of that giardiniera into a pot of spaghetti sauce and letting it simmer for a bit. Gives it a nice kick!
It’s also great on subs (or do you call 'em hoagies/grinders down there?)!
