'90s science fiction series

I’m going to slap my head when I get the answer, but I just can’t remember the name of this series.

I think it was on the Science Fiction Channel. Humans are in a war against insect-like aliens. The series revolved around a Marine fighter squadron based on a ‘carrier’. It wasn’t Starship Troopers.
