A recent post about George Clinton’s “Atomic Dog” got me thinking: There sure are a lot of acts in the hip-hop world especially with the word “Dogg” in their name. A few that come to mind are Snoop Doggy Doog, Nate Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, Li’l Bo-Wow, and that infernal “Who let the Dogs out?” song.
