A Monday without an MMP is like . . .

Third load in the washer, second in the dryer, first sitting on the couch waiting to be folded. Kids are home - they had a good time camping.

Back to my knitting needles…

Dang gotti, I’m sorry you’re both still feeling so badly. You’d think the pharmacy would be aware of the time requirements.

Today sucks. I had an ambulance run that went straight to the morgue, then when I finally got to mow, I broke a mower blade. Now it’s raining.

I wonder what will happen if I go to the dump…

Obligatry drunkn psot!

Yay!

Sorry…on third glass of vino and feeling a tad tiddly

gotti get better!
bobbbbbio sorry dude!

Happy Sunday!

I have a headache and could not nap due to the the neighbors next door pounding on something metal with a hammer.:dubious:

We went to Salsa’s for late lunch, way-early supper. Daughter is playing around with Power Pointless, **FCD **is watching Dallas beat the 49ers, and I just started the last brown helmet liner. I hope to get it done in a couple-three days. Then I’ll be mailing MamaTigs 5 brown and 2 black helmet liners plus 2 more black caps. I also sorted all my yard - scraps in to small drawers, full or almost full skeins in a big basket. I need to get in gear on the kidlet afghans…

So it ended up being a semi-slug weekend. I guess that works.

See y’all in the next MMP…

the picnic was a success. Every had a lovely time. I got a little sun on my face so now I’m Really Rosie. I’m also really tired - the temp was mild but the humididity was way up

I did the water table at the Friesen 5K. I napped, then went a bought bowling gear. Gordie is araid of the bowling bag.:dubious:

Have one on me, mmmmm.

gotti, can you go and sneeze on the pharmacy tech? Misery loves company.

Glad you had a good time, rosie.

Froze my buns off and got very, very wet moving Daughter into her new digs this weekend. Am home, but cannot hear because my ears have not popped. Feel disembodied–nothing like hauling large heavy boxes up to the 3rd floor to make you feel 47+.
Today is gorgeous (here).

TS Danny was one HUGE wet blanket. Also, the electronic hwy signs (the ones that indicate construction zones and the like) all over Mass said, “Thanks, Ted, from the people of Mass”, which I thought was very sweet.

And I had LOBSTER, baby for dins-dins on Friday. Fresh off the boat. NUMMERS.

Back tomorrow, maybe. I find I have a great deal to do. Yikes.

who’s up for tomorrow? anyone? Bueller?

No one has volunteered yet, rosie. Anyone have a paragraph to get us started with? If not, I can come up with something, I’m sure.

Noisy metal is always pleasant, isn’t it, Pie? :dubious: I’ve been truly blessed in the neighborhood noise department. Neighbors on each side have dogs, but they’re barely noticeable.

Used to have neighbors two doors down who had extremely barky dogs. Drove my next door neighbor crazy. Happily, those neighbors have moved on.

Hope you and DH get better soon, gotti. That sounds like no fun at all.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, I am shocked! Shocked I tells ya, that you would be inebriated on a Sunday evening.

I spent 3 hours in the garden, weeding, dividing hostas and throwing them in the ground and in a couple of pots.

Also planted a shrub that I"ve had in a pot all summer. Go me.

Guess I should get myself readyish for tomorrow. Why are weekends so short???

GT

Hey, GT, I think I just came up with an idea for tomorrow’s MMP. I know it’s been done before, but not for awhile so I think it would be ok to do it again.

I could slaps something together, if y’all want.

Go ahead. And I’ll take the next week. My head is still hurting anyways.

Hai everybody.

It’s been a crazy week… too busy to actually read much or post anything.

I was more or less okay with the craziness since it was originally supposed to mean that my assignment was completed and I’d be free to move over to something new within the project team. Which is good, because I’m bored stupid of what I’m doing now, and would really really like to do something more challenging before my neurons are completely replaced by oatmeal. However, I just found out that my current assignment has been extended to mid-December, which means I’ll be staring at the same neverending list of user security profiles for yet another four months. Urk.

Death would be pleasant, except then I’d miss the film festival and that would suck. Speaking of which, film festival is t minus 11 days. Squeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Assuming my ticket picks are confirmed, I could potentially be standing in the same room as the Coen Brothers. Oh. Em. GEE.

Hugs, kisses, yays, boos, and naughty gropes to be distributed as needed.

Pssst… over heah!

you’re so impatient
