Feel better Rosie!
We deheathenated and then went to N.O.L. at the local good seafood place. We got there just ahead of the big after church rush. OYKW just left to go to his place and do some laundry, poor thing. We’d been at the pool. Matter of fact I’m goin’ back out just cause I can! 
Home from day 7 of 12 day work week. I had a terrible night last night - woke up to pee twice, which woke the cat and led to the cat walking over me. I feel like warmed-over crap in a poo bucket.
But it was a good day today - we learned stuff, got a bunch of stuff done, got to talk to the CO (he commented on my Taz and Ziva pics on my wallpaper) and I sold the old couch. So yay for that. Once I mellow a bit, **FCD **and I are going out to eat. I need some real food. I may try to go to bed around 8 if I can.
Glad next weekend is a long one - I’ll need it, if only to catch upon sleep.
That’s all I’ve got. I read but didn’t retain a thing, except that none of us were raptured. Did anyone find out if Camping is still around??
FCM, from what I can tell from a quick look at a thread in Great Debates, Camping hasn’t been heard from in several days.
It’s hot out! It’s only in the low '80s, but it’s apparently humid enough that it’s icky. I’m considering going to the grocery store. Also considering what to have for dinner.
Might do a rerun of the yummy Asian-inspired salad we had yesterday. Nephew LOVES the Asian chopped salad at Noodles & Co. It’s a bit too pricey for me and also not great quality chicken, so I tried to imitate the dressing and came up with something that was close enough for him. We had it for lunch yesteday and it was teh yum.
Also, need to finish putting together my White Elephant so that I can get it in transit.
Off to ponder the possiblities.

Back from dinner - we ran down to Rustic River because it’s close. I got a salad and the calamari appetizer. The salad was OK, the calamari was a HUGE disappointment. Absolutely no flavor at all, except for the pepper in the breading. I won’t make that mistake again.
I’m going to assume the knit position and finish my blue afghan. Hope I don’t fall asleep in mid-stitch… <yawn>
Five days till my weekend. C’mon Firday!!!
In from the pool and had dindin. Grilled pimeto cheese sammiches (I et two!) and chips. Dindin of eight year old champions!
I’m beginnin’ to wonder if Mr. Rapture didn’t off himself. I mean he’s 0 for 2 now… Wonder what will come of this one. I am unduly fascinated with this.
I’ve cleaned every room in the apartment except the upstairs bathroom and Computer Boy’s room. I hereby declare the upstairs bathroom can wait until tomorrow because my back hurts.
I have clothes that need ironing. Why do I own clothes that need ironing? Culinary Boy owes me several, he can iron them for me tomorrow.
Spaz it’s because cotton is the fabric of our lives. 
I loves me some one hunnert percent cotton shirts but the dang things need to be ironed no matter what. Oh well, the price I pay for wunnerful shirts.
Hee! I was just eatin’ me some chawklit chip cookies and milk. It got me to thinkin’ of this Got Milk commercial. It still makes me giggle!

I was gone and then entertaining, so I couldn’t post.
I had a perfectly lovely lunch/dinner with my family, my mother, my MiL and K, my daughter’s sweetie.
My daughter and K brought me a hydrangea to plant and a lovely container/pot full of flowers for my front porch. K’s mother sent along some really pretty earrings, ring and a card. I was not expecting that at all! I need to get her number so I call her and thank her. She’s too ill and too full of radiation to come along to any functions for the time being.
My MiL brought me some very pretty flowers and paid for our meals. We all pitched in a little, because the bill was kind of big and we felt we should.
I need to do some laundry, but all I want to do is just relax. Unfortunately, if I don’t want to wear dirty clothes to work tomorrow, I shall have to get off my back-end and do the laundry.
Taters you are always entertaining to me.
