Well, now he has company whom he thinks is a Judge. I decided to run with your FFISH Underground Railroad idea; naturally the simian is intended to be a Harriet Tubman character. Assuming Darson doesn’t run off.
When did Cori contact the simian?
On the tube trip out to the Downs.
She didn’t need to; they seem to know everything.
Darson’s disappearance left Cori so out of sorts, she forgot about Xavvian color codes.
So green is for what? I’m at work, don’t have the recap, but blue was for sanctuary, wasn’t it?
I was referring to Cori asking, “What difference does [color] make?” The simian is using a completely different set, one in which green means sanctuary (blue for Xavvians, yes) and red is danger. I got the idea from the history of the Underground Railroad.
Kark is supposed to be with Kathy right now, on the way to Cowd’s.
I’ll treat his speaking with Cori as a comm.
I checked with the second story and found that Xavvian color code does sort of correspond with what the simian is doing. Green is “friendship”.
That’s what I intended.
What’s this?
It’s GREEN!
Somehow I missed the Comm link part of the post. Self humbly apoligises to sir. Carry on.
In the second story, I needed a green light to combine with red light and blue light to make white light. I also needed to indicate friendship.
NCB, I had Robert going with Kathy and Kark.
That should be an easy fix. Someone could write Robert in as having been seperated from the others.
He’s parking. There is no tube direct to Uni housing, one has to walk, use the sliders, or drive a personal…
Yeah, I forgot Robert, but this way someone can write in a little surprise for everyone.
I’m still at work, but will be home soon. I’ll fix it, because I have a little scene in mind between Robert and Grivvy.
I thought Robert could use a hand with Cowd. I had been planning on bringing in someone like Sten ever since I came up with Kark’s team photo. Now as to who hired him, I’m thinking the family of one (or more) of Cowd’s conquests figured out what was going on.
Do not kill Cowd. He is essential for the ending I’m working towards.
Nah, he won’t get killed just yet. He’s gotta suffer a lot first, and I don’t think any of the four are ready for torture. (Although I wouln’t put it past a disappointed boss, or a Kel, heh, heh). Escape maybe?
Concerning Cowd and the end:
The ending icludes a court scene before Council that involves both Xol and Cowd. Having anything happen to them before that would seriously mess things up.
We need to have several things taken care of without hijacking too much. (Remember, we are nearing the climax now.) Those things are:
The Voss question
The crystal problems
Darson
Robert and Grivvy
The conspiracy (Hint: I’m very much prepared for this)
The case against M’Artel (there is still a human woman victim to resolve)
The conspiracy is the thrust of the story, causing the M’Artel problem in the first place, involving major players from the Council decision of Story II, leading to the climax.
Everything is going great so far, let’s keep it all on track and get some resolutions!
Well, I think the Robert and Grivvy thing will be taken care of pretty quick, when we find out what has happened in Cowd’s place. Notice Cowd said she had broken a chianti bottle.
