Howdy Y’all! We deheathenated, I got to plop in a pew with OYKW, and then had the usual fantastic first Sunday brunch. I had some outstandin’ chikin ‘n dressin’. I must needs bother the bringer of it so’s I can improve upon my own which is good, but not as good as that was. I managed to have about an hour’s worth of nappage and then went back to the church house for the class at three p.m. I thoroughly enjoyed that and am lookin’ forward to continuin’. We decided snacks are in order for the future. It’s been rainy off and on all day. I thought we were goin’ to get caught in a deluge on the way back to da cave after church and brunch, but it held off until we were inside and dry. Now I shall go see what up on teh intartoobz.
Knotty, indeed one must be careful when one leaps about in lard. It’s slippery stuff! I gather they were some city slicker corn thiefs who wouldn’t know the difference between crop corn and sweet corn.
Flyboy I got nuttin’ against a fancied up Bloody Mary with all sorts of weird stuff stuck in it, but, to me, the best one is a good plain ol’ one.

Cookie glad you made a new friend. I have a confession. Biscuits ‘n gravy is OK, but I am not a huge fan. I am sure I just lost some southern cred for postin’ that.
Oopsie replace that terlet seat at your own leisure, I say. Little projects such as that get frequently put off for quite a while here in da cave.
