MSNBC just reported that Matthew Calamari (Trump bodyguard who knows a lot) and Jeff McConney (Comptroller who worked directly under Weisselburg) are testifying to a grand jury this week.
MSNBC attributes the WSJ for first publishing this.

That’s Matthew Calamari, Jr. His job title is director of security.
Matthew Calamari, Sr. just happens to be the Chief Operating Officer of the Trump Organization.

I suspect both Calamari Jr. and McConney are testifying to bring pressure to bear on Weisselberg more than Trump.

Was Giuliani ever a smart man? Since he came back into the limelight, er, orangelight, he has appeared to be nothing but a bumbling moron. He’s now reduced to shilling for peanuts on Cameo. And once again, one of the videos highlights what a boob he is. Do you think he has ever recorded one of these videos that wasn’t a self-pwn?

I mean, it’s seems possible there are enough people out there who would like to dunk on Giuliani that he can make a decent living like this for a while. We already know he has no shame so although it amuses us, there’s no reason to think it harms Giuliani in any way.
Probably? I mean he had a couple of minor academic plaudits and he has a string of career accomplishments, however self-serving and attention-seeking some seem in retrospect. I was never much of a fan, but it seems fair to assume he was once a reasonably intelligent man.
But at some point in recent years he seems to have gone kooky and while I hate to be ageist (and this is just the kind of slur flung at Biden), cognitive decline might just be the problem with him in particular. Particularly as his dysfunction has seemed to be kinda progressive. That or a brain tumor.
Maybe, but it seems to me more psychological, like undiagnosed depression leading to self-destructive behavior.
