A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 1)

Sadly I’ve seen a lot of that. People say “Happy Memorial Day” because they don’t know what else to say. One of my distant relations (of a Trumpist variety) literally posted a meme saying “Happy Memorial Day! Merica!” [sic] with a cartoon of a pig in a cowboy hat in front of a flag and expressing appreciation for everyone who “fault for our freedom”.

I did not comment because what’s the fucking point.

I saw the opposite, the names read with the tolling then cut – no dance – and was wondering the same thing.

So, it’s just shedding crocodile tears over dead kids without dancing on their graves.

Much better. /s

In a few months, wish him Happy 9/11.

“Why? What happened today?”

I remember watching the news on the day and I was a little stunned that the talking heads were greeting each other with “good morning”. No it is not a good fucking morning!

Barabbas had a pretty good Friday, dontcha think? :upside_down_face:

Simply reading off the names of the gunned-down children during the NRA rally was unconscionable. Nothing that fuck does surprises me anymore.

Perhaps it was sort of a victory celebration. I’m just surprised he didn’t do a fist pump of triumph after each dead child’s name.

Often appalled; rarely surprised.

Well, since no one else seems to have posted it:

The FBI has called Pete Navarro in front of a grand jury.

Some consequences for false election fraud claims:

Washington ‘election integrity’ group and lawyer fined for meritless vote fraud lawsuit | The Seattle Times

Paywalled. Please quote the juicy part.

This, I suppose:

This “Election Integrity Coalition” apparently filed a variety of seemingly bogus or frivolous suits, some of which are still on-going.

About time.

Apparently, he’s been representing himself in court.

I feel like that tells you something about the strength of his case, because I’m pretty sure that he could afford to hire a lawyer - just none of them are willing to do what he wants them to do.

I feel bad for him. His client is a complete dipshit and his case has no chance. He should drop himself as a client, citing a conflict of interest.

He’s probably looking to win on appeal by citing Ineffective assistance of counsel

Even Christians think they are a bunch of dicks.

Look, I know about this:

Everyone has. But I just heard a rumor (less than an hour old) that Peter Navarro has just actually been arrested.

(Can anyone confirm?)

So far, all the news stories still say indicted.
