A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 1)

And friend to children everywhere.

That’s what you notice from that picture?

His ass jets seem to be working fine, so… yeah?

To be clear, that’s not the actual test, just 45’s version of it. /psychologist

Yes, I did make the mistake of using a Trump quote as an assertion of fact. I stand deeply, deeply, corrected.

Really, I should be tested myself. How did I do that? Why would I do that? What’s wrong with me?

Eh, I’m just trying to be clear about him making up the test, too, not correcting you.

Alas, these are not questions a mental state exam can answer, except if what’s wrong with you grossly impairs your cognitive capacity in some domain (for example, memory).

The funniest part about that whole thing was that he was literally just listing things he could see, like the camera pointed at him.

I’ve always felt that the furor over that was somewhat overblown. When Trump had his assessment, I’m sure the doctor had a list of five ordinary words. Later, when Trump was describing how the test was conducted, he just needed five words to use as examples and chose things he could see around him. I don’t think he meant to suggest that those were the same words he’d been tested with.

Please, don’t anyone ever make me defend Trump again.

It wasn’t funny because of the particular words. Well, not just because of that. It was funny because of how obviously proud he was of himself. Like a toddler pointing at a poop in the toilet.

Lots of folks here go out of their way to post the exact words he used.

Yep. I found it funny, because this was the same test that my 95 year old aunt took, to determine that she should go to the regular part of the seniors residence, not the “memory care facility”.

She passed with flying colors.

Trump bragging “Yay, I passed a dementia test, so I’m a genius” was just hilarious.

Trump didn’t use this as an example of him repeating a question from a test for dementia. He used it as an example of his easily passing a test for spectacular cognition.
Stop defending him.

Yes. Because it was funny as hell.

as we say in the South “Bless his heart”…

She’s really let herself go since the last Guardians of the Galaxy movie.

God, I love Sarah Cooper.

She even does the heavy nose sniffing parts of her lip-synch-along. She and Randy Rainbow kept me sane during The Times.
