I didn’t want anyone to accidentally click on it. You have to put in some effort. Weeds out the stragglers.
Why do I keep reading the title of this thread as “embalmers” as opposed to “enablers”? Wishful thinking?
For me it was the bulge under his chin, like a frog building up for a croak.
I imagined him building up a lethal combination of gas and ignitable fuel, ready to belch forth in a supernatural blast of draconic fire. The waddle under his neck was going to start glowing an instant after the photo was snapped.
Trump is blaming Pence for the violence on 1/6
“Had he sent the votes back to the legislatures, they wouldn’t have had a problem with Jan. 6, so in many ways you can blame him for Jan. 6,” the former president said, referring to Pence’s refusal to reject the electoral college votes in Congress as Trump wanted him to do that day. “Had he sent them back to Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, the states, I believe, number one, you would have had a different outcome. But I also believe you wouldn’t have had ‘Jan. 6’ as we call it.”

“If the bank had just given me the money voluntarily, I would never have robbed it! It’s all their fault!!!”
It would have turned out like this.
‘It’s all Pence’s fault for being a pussy and following the “law”!’
I don’t think I’ve ever read a real news piece that sounded so much like an onion article.
I did a double take wondering if Vice had a humor section.
Another day, another fraud, another indictment for PAB’s circle.
"Guo is alleged to have participated in an elaborate effort to defraud his online supporters in his campaign against the Chinese government of over $1 billion. He allegedly did this through falsely soliciting them to invest in his businesses and then misappropriating the funds for personal use. Among his alleged fraudulent schemes were soliciting $262 million in investments in a cryptocurrency “ecosystem” called the Himalaya Exchange, as well as a private club membership program called G|CLUBS, which attracted over $250 million in investment and purported to be “an exclusive, high-end membership program offering a full spectrum of services.”
The indictment alleges that Guo has used the money to buy a mansion, Ferrari and Bugatti sports cars, and two $36,000 mattresses in addition to using money for upkeep on his yacht, which is worth $37 million. The indictment says federal law enforcement has already seized over $634 million in fraud proceeds from Guo over the past six months."
Smells of money laundering too.
I really need to know what you get for a $36,000 mattress. And he had two of them!
Damn I’m jealous. (I think)
Well, I’ve seen bicycle pants marketed as having an area filled with the same material they use to make prosthetic breasts. That could be a draw for a mattress, to certain folks.
I just assume they’re stuffed with $36,000 in cash.
Fulton County investigators have another recording of a Trump phone call pressuring a Georgia official:
The Fulton County special grand jury, which investigated Trump’s actions in the state after the 2020 election, heard the recording of Trump’s call to David Ralston, according to five of the jurors who spoke anonymously to the AJC. A source confirmed to CNN the existence of the recording, which hasn’t been made public.

Oh, that’s gotta sting!
Another perfect phonecall.
If it actually helps to get him imprisoned, then, yes, it was perfect.
I sure Trump thinks this is just how business is done. Because he’s done it all his life. There where stories of his casinos laundering money for Russians I think.
And besides Trump adoring Putin, I bet Putin also has lots of kompromat on him.
I’m not sure that Trump himself did anything whatsoever with his “media group” besides getting the money up front, slapping his name on it and walking away.
