A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 1)

Come for the bigotry, stay for the hate parade, leave when the bill comes due

he also thinks it’s virtuous to have a full head of hair, which is why he has that ridiculous combover-on-steroids.

Well, they’re still referring to January 6th “patriots”, so I’m going to go with “no”. Losing their delusions about Trump the man maybe makes them 1% less delusional overall.

So, an improvement, but not a cause for celebration.

Every penny he is worth.

Yeah, if someone “better” comes along, they’ll hitch their wagon to him (her). They need their messiah, while endlessly complaining that “libs” “worshipped” Obama like a “messiah.”

File under Leopard face eating, sexism, fraud, lawyer crime fraud exception.

“Grossberg alleges that she and other women at the network are being scapegoated to protect male talent. In an excerpt of the federal lawsuit filed in New York, Grossberg said that the way Fox’s legal team prepared her for her deposition in the Dominion defamation case is opening her up to “civil and criminal liability for perjury.” She also contends that the network is “ subtly shifting all responsibility” for defamation to herself and Bartiromo, the host for whom Grossberg previously worked for as a producer.”

From the comments: “If Fox’s lawyers encouraged Grossberg to perjure herself in preparation for her deposition for the Dominion litigation to shelter higher ups from liability, which is still ongoing and only at the summary judgment motion stage, that is literally a crime Fox’s attorneys conspired to commit. It triggers the same crime-fraud exception that just pierced Trump’s attorney client privilege regarding the withholding of classified documents and will compel Trump’s lawyer to testify and produce his notes. It’s the same crime-fraud exception that pierced any privilege for John Eastman’s communications for the conspiracy to obstruct Congress certifying the 2020 election. It will equally pierce attorney-client privilege in the Dominion litigation, and fact depositions will probably be re-opened in that case to re-depose Grossberg (as well as likely an order compelling Fox to disclose their attorney’s notes, briefs, etc. regarding prepping Grossberg for her first deposition in the Dominion case.) Expect a motion to that effect to be filed by Dominion in their litigation.”

I think he’s too dumb to be fearful; I think it’s a form of admiration. He sees Putin as the maximum authoritarian, and he just can’t control the ass-kissing. But let some of Putin’s inner circle wake up, find a spine, and lead the Big P-U to an open window and Vlad will instantly become a loser.

Dan

I still think there’s a bit of fear. Remember Helsinki?

I agree. I think there is still a lot more we don’t know about Trump’s probably illegal and unsavory ties to Russia/Putin that have been ongoing for decades, and Trump is shit scared of what could still come to light.

Seems to me he gets off on the power move of looming over people. Remember him doing it to Hillary Clinton during the debates?

“I prefer dictators who don’t fall out of windows.”

I like big fat men like you. When they fall they make more noise. And sometimes they never get up.

IF any of this actually happens, the worst thing the powers-that-be could do is let Trump set the narrative. Everyone knows he will turn this into a circus so don’t give him any options. Set it up to be done as quietly as possible. He can bitch and moan about it on his own time. People have to stop letting him manipulate every fucking thing.

Both of them? So that is where the expression “my two cents” comes from?

Exactly! Since when does a citizen of the United States get to play “Choose Your Own Arrest”?

How much is a tuppence worth? More or less than a ha’penny?

Assuming this is a serious question:

Tuppence - two pence
Ha’penny - half a penny.

So tuppence is worth four ha’pennies.

It was semi-serious, so thank you. I still wouldn’t give any of 'em for Trump.

As Mary Poppins taught us, tuppence is the price of a bag of birdseed, which is coincidentally also the contents of Trump’s skull.

Breadcrumbs.
