I think it showed I had more Neanderthal DNA than 98% of their customers. I thought it was cool, but, yeah, on my father’s side I’m almost completely Northern European. My sister read an article recently that said the higher your percentage of Neanderthal DNA the worse you’ll do if you get Covid. SMH.

Yes I know. I mentioned it in my unedited post and being in a hurry forgot to add it back in. I’m a partial photic sneezer. If I feel a sneeze coming on, I can look at a bright light and make myself sneeze. However, just walking out in the sun if I don’t have to sneeze doesn’t affect me.
My mother-in-law and daughter both have this. Neither I nor my wife do.
I swear, everything but sunlight makes me sneeze. Damn allergies. 
In the years when I was commuting, I took a train that ran underground most of the way then emerged onto elevated tracks. On sunny days, I’d frequently have a sneezing fit as soon as that train left the tunnel.
I never got the sunlight related sneezing fits at any other time, it was weird.
Literally the first thing I learned from Cecil Adams (from the Dope column in that week’s free newspaper). I finally understood why some people thought I was nuts when I told them the sun makes me sneeze, and other people thought anyone who thought that’s nuts, is nuts.

I’ve been watching the Garland matter this morning on CNN. Some of those Republicans have to be heard to be believed.
“Mr. Garland, do you support fewer cops on the streets?”
“How do you reconcile protesters in Portland setting fire to a courthouse with people inside, while you do nothing; but you go after American patriots trying to rectify a rigged election?”
Something about school boards, something about taxes, something about something that Garland cannot possibly have any knowledge of nor influence over. Garland replies with, “No,” or “I cannot comment as I don’t know the facts,” or similar. Calmly at all times, but his facial expressions say, “What planet do you people come from?”
