TL;DW: Before she was Trump’s lawyer, Hababa approached a woman who had filed a suit against Bedminster for sexual harassment by a manager. Hababa befriended the woman and persuaded her to fire her lawyer and have Hababa handle the settlement, which was extremely favorable to Trump. Hababa didn’t let the woman see the contract before signing it, and lied about certain provisions of it.
Yeah…leaving aside the debate about what “should” be grounds for getting disbarred, from what my lawyer friend tells me, screwing over your own client, much less approaching a potential client for the express purpose of defrauding them, apparently puts you on the short list for consideration

Might need some clarification here. Is this the phone Trump used within the grounds of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC; or is it one he used while President, no matter where he was: Florida, New York, overseas?
Not that it really matters, but if he used one phone from inside the White House, and a different one when he was in, say, Florida; then more than one phone may need to be looked at.
While Ms Habba has a skilled hairdresser who dyes or highlights her hair, she’s never going to go full-Giuliani.
