There’s a few good videos like that out there. In one, the Sov Cit refuses to admit their identity, using that "I’m appearing as the agent for the entity “Joe Smith”. The judge then says, “Well, if Joe Smith isn’t here, I’m issuing a bench warrant for failure to appear.”

It all depends how good they are at giving them, I guess.

As I understand it, Eastman isn’t disbarred yet. A California judge recommended that he be disbarred but it has to go to the California Supreme Court to be finalized, which is what Eastman is trying to get delayed.
Yes, that court can overturn the disbarment on appeal, but for now:
It’s official: John Eastman, Trump’s former lawyer, can no longer practice law in the state of California, pending his appeal through California’s courts.
As of Tuesday, Eastman is listed as “not eligible to practice law” on the State Bar of California’s website. The move comes three days after State Bar Court of California Judge Yvette Roland recommended that Eastman’s law license be put on “involuntary inactive” status.

I was wondering about Lin Wood but apparently he “retired” before the investigation against him got to the formal disciplinary action stage. I believe there are various others involved with Powell and Wood’s Michigan case who got sanctioned and fined as well.
