A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 2)

It’s definitely weird formatting. It looks better on a phone for sure, but oddly it’s not even formatted properly for it. It’s as if they created it for a regular screen first, then someone realized most people watch these things on their phones so they tried to make it portrait mode, but didn’t or couldn’t redo it to work properly, so you ended with that Frankenstein-looking thing.

The content is nice (which is why I shared it), but someone should redo the packaging it to fit better. Fit anything. It doesn’t really work that great on any device as-is.

Former Georgia lieutenant governor, a lifelong Republican, endorsing Harris. Previously he planned to vote for Biden. Anybody but Trump. Take that, orange one.

He was Lt Governor when Trump tried to coerce him and Governor Kemp to help him steal the election, and threatened both like a mob boss. I’m sure that did not leave him feeling particularly warm toward the insurrectionist felon.

There are any number of Republican former office-holders who’ve repudiated Trump. Precious few with the courage to do so while in office.

It’s all a part of inflating trump’s legend and stature in an election year.

Sure, but one is about something that’s an obvious lie, and another could actually be true as far as anyone knows. (Even the FBI has publicly stated they aren’t sure.)

Where’s all of the Schadenfreude?

Danke! I need to read more closely.

Judge Engoron curbstomps on some doofus reich wing lawyer.

That lawyer better hope he never has a case in front of Judge Engoron.

Attendees who were at Trump’s rally in Charlotte found out the hard way that they shouldn’t park at Dunkin’ Donuts.

Lyin’ Cryin’ Donald is too chicken to debate a girl. SAD!

Technically, she’s not the nominee yet. It doesn’t make sense to schedule it yet.

That said, the closer the debate is to election day, the more clearly that people will remember how well Trump performed. Generally, that’s not going to do him much good (minus an opponent that’s barely vertical).

Neither was Biden last month and that didn’t stop him then.

How did you like their emphasis on President Obama’s middle name?

Beyond that little shit in the punchbowl this,

The statement from the Trump campaign …
“There is a strong sense by many in the Democrat Party - namely Barack Hussein Obama - that Kamala Harris is a Marxist fraud …” the statement said.

apparently requires no evidence.

Evidence is lawfare! And thus not something to actually provide.

Good God. How I wish I were making that up.

I think Trump was hoping that Biden would look as bad as last time, and thus, that he (i.e. Trump) would be the definite winner and leave a good impression. But it seems to me that Trump is afraid of Harris; she’s younger, surer of herself than Trump seems to be of himself, speaks more clearly, and can provide answers to questions on issues that Trump has no clue about what to do. He would handwave them away with an “I’ll have a plan for that in two weeks” kind of answer.

Harris should use that to her advantage: that Trump is too chicken to debate a woman. His reaction should provide us with a lot of schadenfreudey goodness.

Yes. The important takeaway here is that Cryin’ Donald, who many people are calling “the Cowardly Lyin’”, is a big fat chicken who goes bawk-bawk-bawk and everybody is laughing at him, and this should be repeated as often as possible.
