I don’t see how they can ever eliminate social security and medicare as it is tied to so much of the economy. Especially the medical systems. That would be disastrous.
My agency is implementing a new health insurance protocol in the coming years. If you are 65 or over you have to join medicare as the county I work for will no longer be providing insurance. Everyone under 65 will have to purchase health insurance through the state’s market.
