I have no idea what the backstory is.
A random thought: it is a merciful thing, and perhaps evidence that there is a God, that Trump considers it beneath his dignity to have a dog. Were it otherwise, that poor thing would be the most mistreated canine in existence. It would try, as dogs do, to show affection and loyalty, and would receive none in return. It would receive neither affection nor training, and would have ketchup-laded dishes thrown at it for perceived offenses that it didn’t even understand – which would be the least of its problems.
While all of the above is literally true, it can also be taken as a parable of what it must be like living in the world of the Orange Shitstain.
Does the backstory involve Photoshop?
I sure hope so, that would be terrifying for the poor cow if real.

I just read through it. IANAL, but it appears to me to say that the Georgia Supreme Court isn’t the right spot to air their demands, but even if it were, the reasons aren’t valid.
One of the requests from the Trump team was to disqualify Fani Willis, but:
And, with regard to Petitioner’s request to disqualify Willis from representing any party in any and all proceedings involving him, we note only that Petitioner has not presented in his original petition either the facts or the law necessary to mandate Willis’s disqualification by this Court at this time on this record.
So, like most of his blather, Trump once again is missing both the facts and the law.
