A Perfectly Reasonable Amount of Schadenfreude about Things Happening to Trump & His Enablers (Part 2)

To be fair, it’s hard for a lot of us to grasp.

Well played.

Jim Trusty is still at it. MeidasTouch

I know this is more than vague, but I saw a lawyer either, here, on the news, or on another news site, with the unfortunate name of Mathew (or was it Micheal?) Peed. I had a snorty giggle at that one. I saw another lawyer on local news with the last name Uran. I think I’m channeling a 12 year old.

Sorry but I’m tired and don’t have the energy to watch a long clip and that one is over 10 minutes long. Is there a certain point I should skip forward to to see the part you find relevant? Or is it the entire clip?

The short version, as far as I can recall, is that Jim Trusty is a lying douchebag like the rest of Trump’s lawyers, and claimed that since Trump was still prez when he arrived at Mar-a-Lago on Jan 20, he therefore could and did declassify everything with his mind. As for what Trump said in the Bedminster meeting that was recorded on tape six months later and which flatly contradicts this, why, leaking that sort of thing is just persecution by the libs and he, Jim Trusty, was not about to litigate this sort of calumny on public television. Or something like that.

Hell, it’s hard for me to grasp that he was ever civil.

…or a servant.

To paraphrase Old Ben Kenobi “Only a servant of Evil, Trump!”

In the Trumpiverse, Evil serves you!

I would like a hamberder please. I will pay you in two weeks.

Love it!

That picture really makes Trump’s hands look small…

Narrator: “It’s not the picture.”

So the culture war against drag performers hit a little speed bump called “a judge who actually believes in the Constitution.”

Here’s the actual ruling:

Just skimmed through a very thorough decision indeed. I would point out that while the judge did rule the statute unconstitutional, given the defendant at bar the ruling’s permanent injunction against enforcement applies only to Shelby County.

The Court therefore DECLARES that the Adult Entertainment Act IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL and ENJOINS District Attorney Steven J. Mulroy from enforcing the AEA within his jurisdiction in SHELBY COUNTY, TENNESSEE

I don’t get it. With most stereoscopic pictures there’s a slight difference between the two pictures.

There’s a difference: Wimpy’s hands are MUCH bigger!

The nearest attorney will correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that this ruling gives precedent for other organizations or persons to pursue a similar action in any other county that attempts to enforce this unconstitutional act. In effect, nullifying the act altogether, unless the matter is pursued to a higher court.
