oh, I SO hope he is not shielded from this; that he knows he is now the most hated president ever.

His disapproval rating is at a record high for him, not for all of US history. He’s not quite there yet but getting close.
He’s currently 4th worst, after (in order from highest) George W. Bush, Harry Truman, and Richard Nixon. Trump is at 62% disapproval, while Nixon peaked at 66%, Truman at 67%, and Bush at 71%.
Also note that polls for presidential approval ratings only started in 1937, so they don’t go back to the start of the country; FDR was in office when they began, and they don’t account for anyone in office earlier than him. It’s possible that any number of presidents before FDR could have had lower ratings… Consider the likes of Warren G. Harding, Andrew Johnson, or Andrew Jackson (just off the top of my head).

Orangeman’s been ignoring him for the past few years. Just short of, “Giuliani, never met him, may have passed him a time or two in the hall.”
He should have known better. Trump is very much a man who uses other people then discards them, and as a native New Yorker Giuliani should have known that. Trump is famous in New York for avoiding paying people.
Trump seems to basically be an orange bug zapper for corrupt right wingers, who keep getting sucked in and fried; but there’s always more.
If he makes it through December I will put him in next year’s death pool. That would beat Franco’s suffering, so this is my thought. Let us pray.

I’ve never played it, so this will have to be explained to me.
UNO is a “card shedding” game, where you’re trying to be the first to play down all your cards and empty your hand. Having all the cards means someone else has none, so they’ve won.

Makes me wonder if whoever created that Uno meme was just trolling Trump.
They must have been. I see at least two insults in that meme… The first being the one, already pointed out, that “having all the cards” means being the loser (just like “having the highest score” in golf makes you the loser). And the implication being that Trump is too ignorant to recognize that (which is proven by the fact that he reposted it).
The other is that they are all “wild cards”, which references Trump’s erratic and unpredictable behavior, brought on by a combination of being anti-intellectual (if not just plain old dumb) as well as mentally unstable (possibly exacerbated by dementia).
The fact that he reposted it is hilarious.
And the cards seem to be very large - like those for extremely visually impaired
