Ha! Entirely possible. Regardless, it’s been a huge source of joy for me. I wonder if he’ll have it framed and hung on the walk of fame or whatever his wall of pictures is called. I’d rather be represented by an image of an autopen than that accurately ugly shot.

Honestly, I don’t think that’s a bad picture of Trump, by normal elderly-politician standards. The bizarre angle gives his face the illusion of looking thoughtful and not unintelligent. Unlike his usual facial expression alternating between a smug smirk and a sullen scowl, making him look like a sleazy used-car salesman who either just told a racist joke, or just did a fart that he’s now worried might have been a wet one, respectively.

That’s the part that bothers everybody the most.
It’s a picture that makes him look like a normal human being, albeit a normal older human being not in the best of personal health. Of course he and his supporters would hate that.
But I’m also surprised his detractors think it’s an especially bad photo. It’s not, by normal standards but I guess a decade of constant bombardment has produced a Pavlovian response for a lot of people

To be fair, although this loathsome Nazi appears to be wrong about most things, he’s not wrong that pronouns such as “he/him/his” are correctly described in English as masculine pronouns.
Even if nazibro is phrasing it that way as an attempted “gotcha” of gender-egalitarian people specifying their pronouns more literally, it’s so uncontroversially accurate that I think he’s basically crossed over into “accidental ally” territory here.

When he fell, the camera followed him, and you can briefly see his shoes. He has some really comfortable, grippy shoes, not dress shoes/loafers with a smooth sole and high heel or anything, but what look like some good Skechers or some other sneaker with a grippy sole. At least someone is dressing him in as safe a footwear as possible.
That floor looks smooth and shiny. I think he stepped wrong and his foot slipped, I don’t think he had a fainting spell or anything.
But either way, it’s impossible not to conjure images of a turtle falling on its back.
