The odd occurrence that prompted this thread is being treated as the sort of one-on-one private betting that we have already tolerated in regards to elections. Promoting trolling would not be viewed in the same way.

I don’t respond well to bribery. I’d either refuse, or take the money if it was offered up front and not leave. I’d consider it my own personal fine for bribery, and if you complained - well, trusting someone who accepted a bribe wasn’t very smart, now was it ?
