I often hear it said (or see it written) that Hillary Clinton is no one’s second choice as Democratic nominee (and that she will suffer for it as the Democratic field narrows).
I think that is probably true, but I would like to see some of our Democratic board members sound off on this question.
For my own part, my first choice is Obama and second choice is Edwards.
What say you, Democratic Dopers? Who is number two on your own list?
My first and second choices are Obama and Hillary, though not always in that order.
I’d also be happy with Edwards or Biden.
Richardson is my number one choice, so that makes number two Obama.
My heart wants Edwards, my head wants Obama. They are 1-2 or 2-1 depending on my mood at the time.
Obama is my first choice, Hillary my second.
Chris Dodd. He gives off a calm vibe.
Hmm… Hadn’t really thought about it, since Obama is my first choice, and I think that if he’s knocked out of contention, no one would be able to beat Hillary.
But I suppose Richardson or Dodd.

First choice Kucinich (he’s still in the race, right?), second choice Edwards. Obama is a distant third.
Clinton first, Biden second, even though he has no chance.

Richardson was my first choice; I assume he’s dead in the water so Clinton, my second choice, is now my first choice and Obama my second choice.
