A FEW times in my life, I have maintained eye contact pretty much all the way throughout. It was with the two great loves of my life, and it was rare.
Otherwise, even if I am totally into you, and thinking solely of you and me and what we are doing, I pretty much have them closed because I’m thinking about what I am feeling and doing (both selfishly and feedback) and not about what I am seeing.
The times I have maintained eye contact were very special, but I posit that I maintained eye contact BECAUSE they were special, and not the reverse.

Being a virgin, I can’t answer that. But often times just regular eye contact with a girl can make me nervous because I’m not used to getting any attention from girls. When a random girl looks at me, which might happen once every 6 months, I usually just think there might be something on my face.
Oh, and physical contact to, that gets me every time. Like just two weeks ago, this one girl who has been very friendly towards me recently just randomly put her arms around me. My mind is so unfamilar with that sort of physical contact that it threw me into a state of confusion and I just tensed up really bad.

Well, no not generally. I mean afterall, I’m still getting oral sex and that is always better than say… fishing. It is just a nice touch. During sex in general, not really either unless it is the aforementioned staring at the ceiling and that can just un-nerve a guy.

It does not matter to me. I am married now and monogomous but in the past I think in every instance there was some form of eye contact.
I’ve never really noticed. I’m not really paying attention to eyes. 
For just knocking it out? Not so much…
With my one true love? Yes. Seems very intimate.

Actually, I’ve never requested it. Somehow it’s not quite the same as “a little to the left”. The first girl who did it was a monogamous partner- at time of writing, I’m not getting oral sex at all, let alone eye contact
