A question about quotes by people on an ignore list.

Yes, L would not see V’s original post, but L would see the quote of V’s post.

We get complaints about this from time to time, but that’s the way vBulletin works and there’s no setting in it to make quoted text conform to ignore lists.

Some people have taken advantage of this and have intentionally quoted someone that they know is on someone else’s ignore list just to make sure they’ll read the ignored post. Doing this intentionally is jerkish behavior and you can be moderated for it.

Yet another quick question- is it a Mod call on whether it is deliberate? I wouldn’t have a clue who is on anyones ignore list.
