Just who is the person with the most posts that gets the least respect? Does the greater number of posts give you automatic respect?
Handy has over 10,000 posts, but generally isn’t well respected for his contributions in GD and GQ, as he tends to not back up his assertions with facts, or offers anecdotal evidence. Personally I like the guy well enough, he’s got a pleasant manner, but could consider confining himself to other forums or back up his assertions.
Just this one’s opinion, and worth at least what you paid for it.
Respect as a whole needs to be earned by content, not volume, IMHO.

Google defines “respect” as the number of links to your site. If “respect” here is the number of people who reply to postings you have made, then in the last 30 days in GQ, the 3 most respected have been pkbites, Markxxx and curwin. If “respect” is the number of people who view your postings, then in the last 30 days in GQ, the most respected have been Chronolicht, pkbites, and Jophiel.
Therefore, I propose that for the last 30 days, the most respected GQ poster was pkbites.
Opinion stuff like this belongs in IMHO.

And by this impeccable reasoning, tomndebb gets no respect at all, because not one poster has viewed or responded to any thread he has started in the last 30 days.
