There’s this thread that I would really love to post in, but I think that if you can’t say anything nice you shouldn’t say anything at all…so I am keeping my mouth shut…but there is this one poster I would really, really love to respond to…I can’t take it to private e-mail because there is no address listed for this person…plus, I have seen how private e-mails tend to go public…and I’d prefer to know that whatever I say be kept strictly between me and the person I wirte to…damn this is frustrating.

I posted in here a couple of days ago about falling off my diet and my determination to get back on it. Well, my willpower has failed me miserably (yet again). I have done nothing but eat junk food for the last four days.
My son is walking around, wearing one of my t-shirts. It hangs on him like a dress and he keep tripping over it. He was walking around in my high heels a little while ago too. If he starts carrying my purse around, then I think I might get a little worried.
I bought the movie “Tarzan” for the kids. I watched it this morning with my son and I think it’s a really cute movie.
It snowed here again last night. We now have about 5-6 inches of accumulation on the ground just from the last couple of days. Did I mention that I absolutely despise winter? I swear, if I had the money, I would jump on a plane and move to Hawaii, where it never gets cold, ever.
Mundane and Pointless, but that’s life.

Kids played with snow several days. Now it’s 50 degrees tried bikes. They got a bit muddy and waiting outside, the bikes, not the kids.
My History Day project got first at the county competition. I didn’t much care… The judges were nuts to give me first place. There were tons of great projects. The highlight was instead finding someone else who knows all of “Baby Got Back.” He’s going to state, so I guess we’ll carpool and listen to ghetto cruisin’ music. Any Sac-Town Dopers are welcome to show up at the copetition and try and sway the opinion of judging officals this May.
I also found a dress for my boyfriend’s Winter Formal next weekend. It’s pretty, but it needs to have the straps shortened. At this time, the neckline hits me about mid-chest. Not good.
I’m mundane, dammit! Go vote for me!

For the last two days I have had this really irritating, non-productive, constant cough. I can’t sleep or get comfortable. Medicine isn’t working. I only worked half a shift last night and I called in sick again tonight. I don’t have any other symptoms, just this damn cough. I better be feeling better come Friday, when I leave for Utah!
I can breastfeed and surf SDMB at the same time. Multitasking at it’s finest.
