It’s like a freaking perverted single family cult. 
Take heart in knowing that statistically they are far from the only such one-family cult in the USA. Decent bet there are thousands of such. Damaged people raise damaged people who damage again. Some few born into the cult escape via one offramp or another, but most don’t.
Last I heard, false imprisonment, because they were locking the kids into the bedrooms at night. I’m sure that’s not all she’s in trouble for.
