His only political, cultural or social allies are himself, and anyone that can enrich him. This can change as the wind blows. That’s his entire business model. He uses threats against his allies to try to obtain his goal. He is a simple minded bully. And now, he has a very, very large gun. Pretty much the economy of the entire world. (I have to wonder who is advising him on the shit he pulls).
And of course, any ‘enemy’ becomes a friend if they kiss his ring.

“Deep State” is a term you never heard until trump became president. It’s basically alt-right terminology for career bureaucrats whose loyalty is not to any the current administration, but to the nation itself. Not to the Red or Blue, but to the Red, White, and Blue. Sorry, no cites, just my own take on it.

SaneBill, that seems to assume that believers in the Deep State don’t consider ANY non-aligned bureaucrat (i.e., civil service) to be enemies of the current administration. I’m pretty sure the whole Deep State thing presuppposes that if a given government worker hasn’t declared loyalty to the Orange Turd, he or she is Deep State and should be rooted out.

Perhaps, jayjay, but how could they know who is NOT part of that secret society. One key to seem ‘innocent’ is to appear non-aligned on the surface - while DEEP down being aligned. Therefore it’s better to suspect them all and root them out.

Trumps administration is so fucking stupid, that it’s hard to argue against because their supporters are apparently more stupid then they are. The have found the bottom left of the bell curve. And it seems as though the whole fucking group, Trump, his administration and supporters think they are on the right of the bell curve. When in fact none of them have ever tried to climb that hill.
Perhaps it’s the wrong way to go. But fuck it. They are stupid assholes that are actual working against their own self interest.

Trump brought these idiots out from under the rug. That is the ONLY good thing about his ‘presidency’. Identifying these assholes is the only way to get rid of them. Shame them. Fire them. Boycott their businesses. ALL racially motivated actions should be looked at with a microscope. Every politician, bureaucrat or government employee that looks to have a HINT of self serving interest should be looked at VERY, VERY closely.
I say that as a government employee. If I dared to try to profit from my position, I would be gone the same day. That actually happened to a sys admin, that dared to use his power when he fucked up. He showed up to work the next DAY with no computer and some boxes to put his shit into. THAT is the way to do it.
Very few people, since he doesn’t listen to them. There should be a lot more resignations than there have been. He only listens to a few idiots, but even if he got no advice one way or the other he would still do stupid things.

I have a question. We all know that there is this FBI agent named Peter Strzok who sent some text messages that make it apparent that he hates Trump, and doesn’t want to see him as president. Though there is no information that he actually did anything in that capacity, and in fact, the report goes on to note that the FBI bent over backwards and likely benefited Trump ultimately.
The report also makes note that NY FBI agents, who manage to remain nameless, had a “deep and visceral hatred of Secretary Clinton” and that they were likely to leak damaging information hence forcing Comey’s hand to act in a way detrimental to Clinton.
So, on one hand we have a personal opinion that went nowhere, and on the other hand we have a concerted effort that led to the election of Trump. And, yet, this report somehow has evidence that the FBI was biased against Trump.
