Overall…dunno. I trust Rosenstein since he hired Robert Mueller - the one person who could take that ball as far as it needed to go, commanding the full FBI as a hallowed Saint, and trusted by everyone in Congress.
Maybe it’s better to assume that Barr is just a crafty mother, willing to accept the slime on himself, to keep it off those below him.
Marist has polled the question 23 times over the past couple years, and only in three of them did “strongly approve” get more than 25% (the highest of which was 28% in November 2018, oddly enough). The more tepid “just approve” group ranges from 13-19%, which matches my one-sixth estimate fairly well:

I guess I don’t understand why they would use Wikileaks. Much more likely if the report is leaked, it will go to a reputable outlet like the New York Times or WaPo.

Does anyone know how it will be transmitted to the public? Will the DoJ release it so it’s viewable online, or perhaps as a downloadable pdf file?

I like that. That definitely should happen.
Not unless his release is as dishonest as our worst fears. Which I will never say is something he should do.
Barr will have no choice but to release the report, and it’ll be hard to redact it all. I suspect Barr has told the White House that, and that his compromise with the president is to give him and his team a heads-up on what the report says so that he can have time to prepare a series of rebuttals.
But understand that we’ve already seen what we can expect – and what we can expect is that the conservatives will close their ranks even more tightly. Trump needs the extremists and the extremists need Trump. Do not expect anything in the report to change people’s minds. The only way minds are going to change is when they are living neck deep in the bullshit they’ve voted for - and even that won’t deter some people.
They know he’s lying; they just don’t care. They think Republicans are justified in lying if it means jailing women and doctors for abortions, bringing back segregation, busting unions, caging migrants, and giving tax breaks to billionaires while gutting social services for “losers” who need public assistance.
I prefer the word “billbarr” as a single word. The report will get billbarred.
